Gaining appreciation for hand shaping 101
I did most of the work with the planer outside on the lawn. A lot easier to clean up the mess with the mower.
Plenty to think about when you are hand shaping.

Set up these lights for night time fine tuning.
This is about 2008 and here is the finished board with one of Sam Yoon's big fishes as well.
Fliers to help keep the width further back in the board and then pull in for the tail.
