Will is a carpenter from Pacific Palms NSW and loves his surfing and after talking to me a t last years Byron Bay Surf Festival he wanted to build a couple of boards. So I designed them for him to his brief and then gothe blanks custom hot wired out of block foam for him. Had them cut on the AKU machine and then glued the first 3mm rail band / parabolic stringers on.This holds the rocker and sets it all up for him.
I have the Paulownia milled for him to bag the skins and laminate the rails himself. So I just need to pack it all up and send it off to him.
