" We have both ridden the board once each and are both really happy with how it goes (exactly like you said it would). I rode it for the first time yesterday in a mushy beach break but it was such a fun surf. The board has great down the line speed, is a little skatey (in a good way) and turns well. Definately think the decision to shed 2 inches was a great idea and the board still behaves like something much bigger (thanks to the similar volume). All in all, we're both really impressed.
